Fair return policy
Every item you order from Neko-San is printed for you by hand (“Print-on-Demand”). This is where we differ from classic mail order companies. We cannot simply return exchanged goods to the warehouse and resell them. Nevertheless, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Therefore, you can rely on our fair return policy.
2 week exchange guarantee
Exchange your goods within 14 days of the order date , regardless of whether the item does not fit you, does not like it or does not meet your expectations for other reasons. As a print-on-demand provider, we offer you the following return options:
- Exchange for new goods
- Exchange for a voucher for your next order
A refund of the purchase price is possible if you did not personally design the product you ordered.
Who bears the return costs?
As a buyer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Except, of course, for claims that are viewed as errors on our part, these will be at our expense. Please always contact our service team (sales@neko-san.org) before sending anything back. In many cases we find a solution that avoids unnecessary sending of packages back and forth. For the sake of your time and the environment!
