How can I track my order?
Simply log in to your NEKO-SAN customer account. There you can view your shipment tracking at any time, as soon as it is available after customs processing.
Every order from our own organic range automatically receives shipment tracking directly from us within 48 hours. The other collections are imported outside Europe, and the tracking can only be updated after 5-10 working days.

If you wait longer than the estimated delivery time (approx. 15 working days), please contact our customer support or live chat at any time with your order number.
Our organic range ( see product title : organic hoodie, organic shirt & organic sweater) is handled by a team of logisticians specialized in e-commerce with a 1800.60 m 2 warehouse in Barcelona (Spain) and in Riga (Latvia) .
For most of our shipments we use DHL/Hermes , the world's largest parcel delivery companies and global providers of specialist transport and logistics services.

All other collections are manufactured and imported from Asia by other suppliers/sellers specifically for your order. The average delivery time is usually around 15 working days for delivery for these exact collections, however it may take a little longer than usual due to customs processing and import time.

Important NOTE :
99.99% of the time there are no additional costs as these are covered by our partner suppliers before shipping. However, please note that depending on your location , import duties and taxes may be levied by the respective customs authorities . If these fees are not paid upon arrival of the orders, all packages will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
Under no circumstances will NEKO-SAN:
- Pay for the associated costs.
- Provide a refund to a customer who has refused to pay related costs.
Customs duties and all associated taxes and costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs must be paid by the customer to the shipping company or local customs authority upon arrival/receipt of the goods.

Further details on payment If you pay by SEPA core direct debit or SEPA business direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
Shipment
Delivery times Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within the country (e.g. Munich to Berlin) within 1 - 10 working days, for deliveries abroad or import/export (e.g. Hong Kong to Germany) within approx. 3-60 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
