How can I track my order?
Simply track your order at any time.
Simply log in to your NEKO-SAN customer account. You can view your shipment tracking there at any time, as soon as it is available.
Every order from our own organic range automatically receives shipment tracking directly from us within 1-3 working days. The other collections are imported outside Europe, and the tracking can only be updated after 5-10 working days.
Remark:
Note that in a few cases certain collections do not have customer tracking. But you can always contact us.
