Did you leave your email? Every order automatically receives a notification about your order. If you haven't left one (which we recommend), it will be sent via SMS. Note: you can also enter your email into your customer account later.
Where is my order?
Can't wait? Us too! We import certain collections from the Far East. Because we want to ensure you the right cultural flair and more choices. These collections may take a little longer than usual due to high demand and the pandemic, but we are trying to deliver as quickly as possible!
Import times of around 15 working days are usually normal (excluding weekends and public holidays). If it takes longer, you can contact our lovely customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org) or live chat without any problems. We will then give you personal information very quickly. Note: Please have your order number ready.
Where is the rest of my order?
So that we can offer you more choices, we work with various partner suppliers. Therefore, several ordered goods come in partial deliveries. Usually promptly within the first delivery.
The order overview indicates that my order has already been delivered/fulfilled?
During the ordering process, for certain collections we forward your order to our partner supplier for production. It may happen that the order is then displayed as “delivered/fulfilled”. But no need to worry! This is just transfer information that our IT team is processing.
